New features in eye-share Portal 1.16

Fewer emails, more languages, better control

Let’s be honest - no one likes getting 14 nearly identical emails about failed invoices. Or chasing down suppliers who don’t speak the same language. Or dealing with invoices dated sometime last century.

eye-share Portal 1.16 is here to fix all that.

Your portal just got multilingual

You and your suppliers can now access the portal in multiple languages. It’s one of those updates that just makes life easier - for everyone. (And yes, we’re still polishing the translations. Spot a funny one? Tell us!)

Import Control upgrade

Instead of sending an email for each failed invoice, you can now group them into one message. Set the delay - up to 24 hours - and let the system bundle it all and send it for you.

Bonus: if an invoice doesn’t have a contact email? You’ll get a heads-up. No surprises.

And when we are talking about Import Control, it may be useful to mention that Import Control settings now live in a dedicated menu, making it easier for you admins - even with limited access — to find and manage the setup.

Invoice date guardrails

Tired of invoices dated next year? Or way too far in the past? Set your own limits. eye-share Portal will now block anything that falls outside the range you define. Default is 90 days before/after today - but you’re the boss.

Peppol power, eye-share Workflow style

Invoices can now be sent in Peppol format directly to the eInvoice module in eye-share Workflow — without losing any of your smart rules or custom setups.
