Before implementing eye-share, parts of the workflow were experienced as less intuitive, creating unnecessary friction in day-to-day work. Today, usability plays a very different role.

“It’s a very good system. Highly functional, user-friendly, and it requires very little effort from an approval user,” says Linda Beathe Melsom, Project Manager ERP Finance at Mestergruppen.

With many users involved in invoice approvals, this has made a noticeable difference. A clean interface and straightforward workflows help ensure that tasks are completed quickly—and correctly.

Enhanced efficiency and insights

According to Torunn Michaelsen, Director of Accounting at Mestergruppen, the transition to eye-share has led to significant improvements. The integration has not only sped up processing times but also strengthened reliability across operations.

Automating tasks such as follow-ups and simple accruals has reduced the need for manual tracking, ensuring that processes are completed accurately and on time. This has also improved the foundation for financial analysis, supporting better cost control and budgeting.

The introduction of EHF and AI-based coding has further strengthened the process. More invoices can now be handled with minimal manual input, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

“It’s both more accurate and time-saving, and very efficient for the organisation,” Melsom explains.
