We are looking for a solution-oriented and business-savvy Project Manager to take a key role in delivering and optimising eye-share solutions for our customers.

In this role, you will be a trusted partner to our customers — guiding them from initial requirements through to successful implementation. You will work closely with both our internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure that every eye-share solution is tailored, effective, and built to last.

What you'll do:

As our Project Manager, you will play a central role in delivering eye-share solutions that create real value for our customers.

Guide customer engagements from requirements gathering through to successful implementation and go-live.
Analyse business process requirements and translate them into effective, tailored system solutions.
Manage mid-to-large scale projects, including resource coordination, planning, and milestone tracking.
Drive implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring smooth delivery and minimal disruption for customers.
Deliver training to both local and international customer teams, adapting your approach to different audiences.
Serve as a trusted advisor on finance and procurement processes, helping customers optimise how they work.
Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and on the customer side.
Collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure customer needs are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.

We are looking for you who:

Have solid experience in a similar advisor, consultant, or project management role — ideally within IT, finance, or procurement.
Have strong domain knowledge in Accounts Payable, financial reporting, and/or procurement processes.
Have experience with IT or ERP systems and a genuine interest in how technology supports business operations.
Have a proven ability to manage multiple assignments and coordinate resources effectively.
Communicate fluently in English, both written and verbally.
Are structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership.
Are collaborative by nature and able to work effectively across cultures and backgrounds.
Are confident in expressing your views and proactive in driving things forward.
