New in eye-share Workflow 15.3
Version 15.3 has landed, and yes — it’s packed. From letting the system handle your repeat purchases to EyeDa finally stepping into the interface (welcome!), this release is full of features that save time, prevent errors, and just make things… smoother.
Let’s take a look.
Recurring purchases
Buy it once. Automate it forever.
If you’re still manually creating the same order every month — it’s time to stop. With recurring purchases, you can now create a template, and eye-share Workflow will do the job for you. Automatically.
Set the frequency, lead time, start/end dates, and decide whether it should be auto-approved or sent for review.
Perfect for all the usual suspects — cleaning services, bottled water, monthly essentials.
Set it and move on.
Error help that actually helps
Access Point error? EyeDa’s on it.
If a document fails in the Peppol Access Point, EyeDa now pops up with actual help. You’ll see a message right in your workflow — click it, and she opens in chat, error file in hand, ready to explain what went wrong.
It’s her first step inside the UI. There’s more to come.
Account rules — now everywhere
Account rules are no longer invoice-only. In 15.3, they apply to all documents with a coding grid — invoices, purchases, expenses, and more.
That means you can require VAT codes, comments, attachments — whatever your process needs — before anything gets approved.
Less fixing. More flowing.
EyeDa got smarter – and she’s already live
Fewer dead ends. More “Oh, that makes sense.”
EyeDa now knows what you have access to — and what you don’t. So when you ask about something out of reach, she won’t pretend otherwise. Instead, she’ll kindly suggest talking to someone with the right permissions.
She also understands where you are in the system. So when you ask a question, her answer fits the module you’re working in. Smart? Yes. Already live? Also yes.
Other stuff worth a little celebration
-
Singapore Peppol support
XML attachments in Singapore’s national Peppol format are now handled like a breeze.
-
One standard invoice format
We’re piloting a customer-defined XML eInvoice format that suppliers stick to — structured, clean, and no more mystery PDFs. Especially useful for international and maritime customers.
That’s 15.3.
It’s smart. It’s helpful. It's eye-share Workflow.
