As Norway’s largest healthcare provider, the South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority oversees 11 health trusts, processes approximately one million invoices annually, and supports over 6,000 users. With the cloud-based system, the Health Authority now benefits from greater flexibility, lower costs, and enhanced security across all 11 trusts.

While the Health Authority aimed for a standardized solution, its diverse needs required some adjustments during implementation. Tennøy acknowledges the importance of flexibility:
