Want to drive growth for a leading Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) SaaS solution?

Eye-share helps medium and large organisations automate and gain control of the entire purchase-to-pay process — from invoice capture and matching to procurement, travel expenses and supplier collaboration.

As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for building your own pipeline and building new customer relationships in prioritized segments, backed by a strong marketing team.

The role:

 

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposals/negotiation and closing.

  • Proactively engage with selected industries, including Shipping & Maritime, Energy/Oil & Gas, Retail, Construction and the Public Sector.

  • Work across national and international markets. Our solutions are used in more than 70 countries, with current focus on Norway, the Nordics and selected European markets.

  • Expect some domestic and international travel throughout the year.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, presales and delivery to ensure strong demos, solid business cases and predictable implementations

  • Build pipeline through campaigns, conferences and partner activities, with clear targets tied to ARR, growth and win rate.

  • Share insights on customer needs, competitive landscape and market trends to help shape product roadmap and go-to-market strategy

We are looking for you who:

  • Have proven B2B sales experience from software/SaaS, preferably within ERP, finance, procurement or process automation.

  • Shipping and Maritime is a designated part of the sales strategy for Eye-share in the coming years. Experience from this industry, and understanding of processes in the industry, will be an advantage.

  • Thrives on hunting and relationship building in the enterprise segment; comfortable with C-level dialog and complex buying processes. Preferably also experience with public tenders.
  • Understands value-driven sales (ROI, TCO, compliance/risk) and can translate needs into solution architecture together with presales.
  • Has solid technical understanding and the ability to quickly learn complex software products — our sales team are experts on what they sell
  • Are structured and data-driven (CRM, pipeline hygiene, forecasting) and thrive with clear goals. Experience with HubSpot Sales CRM will be an advantage.
  • Communicates fluently in both Norwegian and English; additional languages are a plus
