Accounting and administration consultant

We’re looking for a service-minded, efficient, and detail-oriented team member who thrives in a role that combines financial tasks, administrative responsibility, and customer interaction.

As part of our Admin team, you’ll play a key role in financial management, invoicing, and customer follow-ups while ensuring smooth administrative processes.

Areas of responsibility

  • Accounting and invoicing
    Handle project invoicing, license invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
  • Administration and process management
    Set up projects and service contracts, manage documents, and ensure internal routines are followed. Train new employees in accounting procedures.
  • Customer support
    Manage the Admin mailbox, respond to accounting-related inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Systems and reporting
    Work with accounting tools such as TERP, Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and ServiceNow for tracking and reporting.



Qualifications and skills

You are an outgoing, structured, and solution-oriented person who takes ownership of your tasks and enjoys contributing to a positive work environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in accounting, invoicing, or project finance is an advantage.
  • Strong IT and system understanding, with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Ability to work independently, structured, and with high accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • A service-minded, positive, and flexible approach
  • A driver’s license is a plus.
