Whether you want to boost automation, improve reporting, or make approvals even easier, this release has something for you. From new automation insights to better Excel exports, we’ve added features that help you work smarter, not harder.
Automation score – how automated are you?
For the first time, you can measure and visualise your level of automation. The new automation score provides a clear KPI on your dashboard, showing exactly how much of your invoice handling is automated - and where you can improve.
The score is based on key automation metrics, including:
- Invoices automatically approved using invoice agreements
- Automatically approved cost invoices
- Automatically approved purchase order invoices
- Automatic coding with invoice lines
- Action rules that automatically stop invoices for control
- Cost invoices imported with invoice lines
By tracking these parameters, you can identify bottlenecks, increase automation, and ultimatly reduce manual work. A dynamic bar on your start page provides an at-a-glance overview, while deeper insights break down where automation is working - and where there’s room for improvement.
This feature is currently in beta, focusing on invoice processes.
eOrder receipt – no more guessing if an order went through
No more wondering whether an eOrder made it through or got lost along the way. Now, you’ll get real-time notifications when an eOrder is successfully sent - or if something goes wrong.
If the order is successful, it’s instantly logged. If it fails, you’ll receive an email with details so you can take quick action. No more surprises when invoices arrive.
Fetch department and project from PO to invoice – smarter, not harder
Keeping department and project details consistent just got a whole lot easier. If this information is set on the PO head, it now automatically transfers to the invoice head (as long as the invoice doesn’t already have it).
This means less manual entry, fewer errors, and faster approvals - just how we like it.
Automate non-deductible purchases – VAT headaches, be gone
If VAT handling on employee gifts or non-deductible purchases has been a hassle, this update is for you. With the new automate non-deductible purchases feature, you can mark items as non-deductible with a simple checkbox, ensuring invoices match correctly - no manual corrections needed.
EyeDa also helps by reminding you in the purchase summary if an item should be marked as non-deductible.
More enhancements to make your work even easier
Number of decimals – because every decimal counts
Ever had an invoice rejected because of a tiny rounding difference? Now, you can customise decimal precision and set the exact number of decimals needed for your company. No more auto-approvals failing because 100.789 was rounded to 100.79.
Find it in Settings → General → Number of decimal places
Include all coding tabs in Excel export – all your data, one file
Excel exports just got way more useful. Now, when exporting data from eye-share Workflow, you can include all tabs - PO lines, coding lines, Travel, Expense, and more - all in a single file. Less time merging files, more time focusing on the data that matters.
EyeDa notifications for error imports – no more unnoticed errors
After moving Error Import to the dashboard, some users started missing it. But not anymore. Now, EyeDa will notify you in the Notification Center whenever there are documents in Error Import. No more surprises - just timely updates so you can fix issues fast.
Reports on recurring invoices – stay ahead of missing invoices
Recurring invoices should be predictable - but they’re easy to miss. Now, you’ll get a clear view of expected invoices, making it easier to spot missing ones before they become a problem.
No more manually tracking down invoices that should have arrived - just a simple, automated way to stay on top of things.
