Eye-share has been awarded a contract with Skagerak Energi to deliver a new solution for automated invoice management across multiple companies in the group. The agreement follows an extensive procurement process spanning more than ten months, including two tender rounds, where quality, functionality, and delivery capability were key deciding factors.

Skagerak Energi is a leading regional energy group in Norway, playing an important role in the transition to renewable energy. The company has around 800 employees, serves more than 218,000 grid customers, and produces approximately 6 TWh of renewable energy annually.

Built for control, scalability and complex operations

Operating in a highly regulated and complex industry, Skagerak Energi requires strong financial control, traceability, and efficient processes. The partnership with Eye-share is part of a broader initiative to further digitalize and standardize financial operations across the group.

Eye-share will deliver a cloud-based platform designed to support end-to-end invoice management and purchase-to-pay processes. The solution handles the full flow—from invoice receipt and data capture to approval, posting, and payment—and is tailored for organizations managing large volumes and complex workflows.

The platform combines advanced, role-based approval structures with seamless integration to Unit4. Built-in AI capabilities help increase automation levels, improve data quality, and provide better visibility into costs and deviations—while maintaining strong governance and compliance.

Selected after thorough evaluation

According to Skagerak Energi, the maturity of the solution and its ability to support future development were key factors in the final decision.

Eye-share offers a comprehensive and well-developed solution that meets our requirements for efficiency, control, and further development. It provides a strong foundation for continued digitalization of our financial processes, says Hege Bratvold Haugen, Head of Accounting and Payroll at Skagerak Energi.

The solution, combined with a clear implementation plan, gives us predictability both in execution and in realizing expected benefits, she adds.

For Eye-share, the agreement represents an important step within the energy sector.

Being selected through a thorough and demanding procurement process confirms that our solution addresses real needs for organizations with high expectations for control and scalability. In this market, quality and delivery capability are essential, says Torhill Gysland Falnes, CEO of Eye-share.

The agreement covers 18 companies within the Skagerak group and more than 800 users, with an annual volume of approximately 40,000 invoices.
