We've given Automation score a reality check. And for those who love a good spreadsheet, we've got something for you too. Here's what's new in Workflow 16.3.
Having all the right settings doesn't necessarily mean the work is getting done automatically.
With Workflow 16.3, Automation score focuses on what actually happens in your invoice processing, from automatic coding to starting approvals, approving invoices and transferring them automatically.
Setup and settings no longer contribute to the score. Instead, you get a clearer picture of how much of your invoice processing happens without manual work.
We know Excel is a favourite. So we've made it easier to bring your Workflow data into it.
You can now export catalog lines, coding lines and purchase order lines directly to Excel. Select the lines you need or export them all.
Need to compare supplier prices, review catalog changes or analyse hundreds of lines? Now you can do it with the Excel tools you already know.
And a few fixes, of course
As always, we've also taken care of a few bugs and smaller improvements along the way.
Small release, useful changes. That's Workflow 16.3.
